Windows 98 - TweakUI - Tired of Animated Menus

SUMMARY: Use TweakUI to remove Windows 98's animated menus.

Are you tired of the animated popup menus in Windows 98?

1. Access the Tweak UI Control Panel applet (if you do not have it installed, read the tip elsewhere in MalekTips).
2. On the multi-tabbed dialog box that appears after running Tweak UI, click the "General" tab.
3. Scroll down the list of options until you come up to "Menu Animation."
4. Uncheck it and press "OK" to close the dialog box.
