Get Plenty of Sleep Before an Event

SUMMARY: Ensure your concentration level is high when taking sports photos.

Before going to a sporting event for the purpose of taking digital photos, you should get plenty of rest the night before. It takes a lot of concentration and patience to capture a 'special moment' at a sporting event, and lack of sleep will hinder your ability to focus on the game or your photo taking. Also, it is likely your reflexes will suffer, causing you to think you have the perfect shot, only to later realize you recorded the immediate aftermath.
